DECEMBER NOTES
The last blog post of the year and preparing to bring quite a few changes in 2024. Sharing some of my thoughts on posting consistently and how that went for the past year.
NOVEMBER NOTES
November was a blur and a lot of mundane things happened. That means that there are only a few miscellaneous bits I am able to share with you.
OCTOBER NOTES
The month of October was full of leisurely activities and enjoying a more quiet approach to life. Still working on a project behind the scenes and sharing a few things I have enjoyed this month.
SEPTEMBER NOTES
Autumn, Peachtober and other bits and pieces. Sharing my thoughts on participating in the yearly art challenge.
AUGUST NOTES
Not a very eventful month, but sometimes we need them to recharge and we might surprise ourselves with what we can achieve spontaneously.
JULY NOTES
The month of July brought an unexpected spark of energy and creativity. That led to finalising an idea I had had for quite some time. A few notes on how it went and some other fun bits.
JUNE NOTES
Back from my trip home, I am looking into changing things up a bit in order to align more properly with my needs. A few ideas on the concept of time and believing in yourself.
MAY NOTES
A trip back to your home town can teach you many lessons and put things in a new perspective. Notes on nostalgia and how it can help you move forward.
APRIL NOTES
The month of April did not have a lot of creative updates, nevertheless a few steps were made towards the development of my latest animation project and a new page was filled in the sketchbook. Next to that sharing a few thoughts on the connection between mental health and the creative process.
MARCH NOTES
Spring is slowly making its way in the Netherlands, which brings a lot of joy and a new wave of energy. Continuing with the next illustration in the Cassette Tape Project together with a few mundane and fun bits.
FEBRUARY NOTES
During the month of love, the first piece of the “Cassette Tape” project came to life and I would like to share a bit of the experience behind its creation. Next to that we have the silly little things that bring us joy and going through the first “disappointment” of the year.
